3. When requesting original content articles, you should allow the blogger the freedom to comment as they see fit.

4. Blog articles should be permanent, but keep in mind that circumstances may arise where a blog is deleted, entry is lost, etc.

5. Insist on correct grammar and spelling

6. Don't allow the use of "no follow" tags or redirect links

7. Pay the fee!

8. You get what you pay for. Cheaper is not always better.
