How do I get started?Just register. Registration and all services are completely free. What are the benefits of blog advertising?Advertising on blogs through articles or links can build 'buzz' by getting information about your products and services in front of thousands if not millions of readers. Each link or post you get on the blogs you contact through Bloggertizer can increase your link popularity and result in higher search engine rankings. What types of advertising is available?It's up to you and the blogger to work out the specifics. Bloggertizer recommends either a blog post of 100-300 words containing a minimum of 2 links to your site or a simple text link. How much does it cost?All aspects of Bloggertizer are completely free; all you need to do to use the site is register. It's up to you and the blogger to work out the fee for whatever service you request. Generally, the more traffic a blog has and the higher it ranks, the more the blogger will charge. Any fee you pay goes directly to the blogger. Bloggertizer never takes a cut! Can I review the article or link before it's posted?Make sure you establish any review requirements you may have during the negotiation phase. If you want to review the article or link before it gets posted, make sure you let the blogger know! How do I pay?It's up to you and the blogger to decide how the fee will be paid. Bloggertizer recommends on online payment solution such as PayPal, but you're free to use any payment method you and the advertiser agree on. Can I tell the Bloggers what to write?If the blogger is agreeable to feedback, sure. Some bloggers might even accept pre-authored articles for posting. Bloggertizer recommends, however, that you have each blogger author an original post. Hey! I found a blog hosted on WordPress! WordPress doesn't allow paid advertisingIf a blogger wants to risk losing his or her WordPress hosted blog by accepting paid posts, that's up to them. What about blogs not in English?Being in English is not a requirement. People in other languages might be interested in pusrchasing posts on foreign language blogs. I found the same blog at two different domains! Same posts, same everything!Bloggertizer is intended to provide a trustworthy method of promoting your site through comissioning bloggers to write custom posts. Because duplicate content can adversly impact your ranking, we don't want bloggers to register sites that are simply mirrors of each other. If you find two blogs with the same content, click the 'report' link on one of them and let us know. Make sure you tell us the blog it's a mirror of. We'll investigate, and, if appropriate, deactivate one of them. I found a blog that forwards/redirects/traps or otherwise does funky stuff when I visited itIf you run accross a blog like this, please click the 'report' link and report it to us. We'll investigate, and, if appropriate, deactivate it. One of the blogs listed has more than one person writing for itMany blogs outsource some of their articles, use ghostwriters, have guest writers, or get some of their posts from article banks. These methods are all commonly accepted ways of generating blog content. If it's a well ranked blog that's been around a while, there's nothing to worry about. |
